Cobi founded Core Capital to give South Australian buyers the same professional representation vendors have always had on their side of the table, independent advocacy, clear process, and accountability from Blueprint session through to settlement.
His background is in engineering, motorsport, and FIFO work, industries that run on strict systems, risk control, and getting the detail right under pressure. He brings the same discipline to every property purchase.
