We do not ask you to submit sensitive financial documents through this website. Any figures used in the on-site calculator are illustrative and are not stored against your identity.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you, through our enquiry and booking forms, by phone, by email, and during calls or engagements. Some technical information is collected automatically by our website and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a suitable conversation.
• To provide property advisory or accommodation-related services to you.
• To send you information you have asked for, such as the SA Buyer Briefing (only if you opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To meet our legal, record-keeping and compliance obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver our service or meet a legal obligation, including with:

• Trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM, website hosting, email delivery and analytics providers, who are only permitted to use your information to provide those services to us.
