About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Core Capital website, operated by Core Capital by CMR (ABN 99 510 918 094). By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we do
Core Capital is an independent buyer's agency operating across Adelaide and the wider South Australian market. We represent buyers only — never the vendor. This website introduces our services and lets you request a Blueprint session; it is not itself the provision of those services.
Not financial, credit or legal advice
The information on this website — including anything relating to the Cash Flow Acceleration Blueprint and the on-site calculator — is general and educational only. It does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs, and is not financial, credit, tax or legal advice. Calculator outputs and case studies are illustrative, not a promise of any particular result. Before acting, you should obtain advice from a licensed mortgage broker, accountant, financial adviser and/or solicitor as appropriate.
Engagements and fees
Any buyer's advocacy engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and us, which sets out the scope, fees and terms for that work. Nothing on this website forms a contract for services or a binding fee quote. Fees are confirmed in your Blueprint session and in that agreement.
The Blueprint session
A Blueprint session is an initial conversation to understand your goals, timeline, finance position and risk profile, and to outline how we would approach your purchase. Booking a session does not create an ongoing engagement until a service agreement is signed.
Using this website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. The content, branding, layout and materials on this site are owned by Core Capital by CMR or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our permission.

This site may link to, or rely on, third-party websites and services. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
